I had a terrible experience with this shop. Attempted to buy 2 metal etched bitcoin wallets on the 7th September. Still have not seen them. I contacted Sherry Tabanao at customer support she told me they had been sent. When I asked about her tracking or follow-up process, she didn't reply, and I have since found out that she has deleted my account!! So they have my BTC and I don't have what I paid for. Be warned.

To bad I didn't see this post before buying. Feels like this store is a scam.
I bought a trezor and paid with bitcoins.
I've been trying to get in touch with them for more than a month as my package seems to be stuck and there's no way to get an answer.
I should have thought about that there's no phone number on their site! They don't answer emails or facebook messanger.
Next thing I'm planning to do is to contact trezor and ask them to remove allthingsdecentral from their legit seller's list.

Nope. not legit.  I did receive an email from them a couple of time about a back order for product.  I responded to cancel the entire order.  Ordered 2 hardware wallets and a ridiculous t-shirt.  They said they had the shirt and would send it but the hardware wallets were on back order with no definite delivery date. Never received anything.  I responded asking them to cancel the order and refund my money.  They then disappeared.  There's a lot of that going around these days...people just want to collect money and not do the work.  All Things Decentral is a completely dishonest outfit (if you can call them that).  They are basically thieves as far as I can discern.  They stole my money. I strongly urge people to stay away from this company.  This is not over for me.  I intend to take legal action against them.
