Payment is required through Escrow. For escrow services we can use Trusted member or bitrated.com.
I will pay escrow costs.
Account must have a neutral or positive Trust without any negative comments.
If account have signed message and staked address (for recovery purpose), the ownership of the BTC address must go together with account. I prefer accounts that have staked address long ago.
I prefer that the email address that is linked to the account also goes into my property. If this is not the case, the escrow agent will keep funds for 16 days and then forward it to the seller. This is because the owner of the previous email has the ability to lock the account within 14 days.
