Can we take FOMO out of investors?

no you can't change how people (mostly newbies) react to this market. they are always irrational. and it is not only about FOMO, there is a lot of weird things the newbies do.
* they bag hold when they have to sell.
* they sell when the dump is over and price is at bottom
* they refuse to buy real things with good future like bitcoin when the price is already low.
* they buy shitcoins with no future and when they are obviously pump and dump.
* they buy when the prices are already pumped and is in a bubble out of FOMO

and there is nothing you can do to change this attitude. all you can do is to learn from their mistakes and not repeat them yourself.

Exactly, if you can learn from them its best for your investment, with how they react inside the market you should keep in mind that they are bringing money that free to grab when you know when will be the right timing, when they are in such a hurry buying while pumping is ongoing or buy back when they are panicking when the market is down, simply play against them to take your advantages.

Fear of missing out( FOMO) is naturally inherent in the minds of investors but what differs in investors is discipline and due diligence. Bullrun will always come along the line but can we take out FOMO out when it comes around?

If you are able to take FOMO out of a investor then he will never rush to investing and then it will be reflecting in delaying bull run. I mean to say only due to the rush of investors, we are having strong bull run and when investors are not having FOMO then there will be no sudden rush for catching the cheaper prices hence if you take out FOMO from investors that will lead to negative consequences.

But we cannot ignore the basic fact of trading, when someone is selling, the other one is buying. So we need all types of people so that we will be having a balanced the market condition. For example, when everyone will be holding that will lead to a bigger bubble and when that will be bursting out, most people will be booking losses that is the reason we are having bubbles time to time just due to having irrational people.

if investors who have been cheated twice, it will be difficult for us to get rid of the FOMO because they often say or think about the losses they have experienced so that investing in a project must think up to three times.

It's part of human psychology so I highly doubt that there would be a general solution to it.

Speculations easily triggers FOMO ,everyone wants to make a huge gain and all humans including myself can't escape fear of missing out ,its in our nature and blood ,so if failure comes then its left for investors to adjust and make sure it never happens again

No, FOMO is part of life, not just Crypto it is in almost every market, because every good technology have some people that will miss out on them and when people buy into it everyone would want to have a part of these. It is us the investors that need to be very careful to note when this is setting in
