I will create your own ERC20 token for 50$ (ETH) + 2% of the total supply.
Ownership will be transferred, proper libraries will be used (e.g. safemath to prevent batch overflow, etc).
Contract will have the "verified" green tick on etherscan of course.
Additional features (e.g. locking, vesting) have an extra cost though.
