https://coinatmradar.com/, there are some ATMs in Africa, but not many. There is one in Harare, Zimbabwe and one in Djibouti. Most ATMs in the world are located in Europe and America, though. I don't think you need a ATM card either, mostly these ATMs work on a principle of scanning the QR code of their public address, sending funds there and receiving cash after the transaction is confirmed. There are some fees included, which differ from company to company, that operates the ATM.
