Best CPU for Mining with an Asrock H110 BTC+ Mother board

I currently have a 13 Rig setup that utilizes a Celeron G3900 2.8Ghz 2M CPU which isn't good at mining.
But does a great job at keeping the Rig stable.

I'm thinking about upgrading the CPU to add some additional mining capabilities but I'm not sure which CPU would work best.
I was hoping to get some recommendations from anyone that might have a similar setup.

The Rig stats are:
Asrock H110 BTC= Mother Board
Celeron G3900 CPU
8 Gig Ballistix, DDR4 2400 MT/s
2 1600w EVGA Gold PSU's
5 AMD Vega's 64
8 Nvidia 1060 6 Gb

Any suggestions would be helpful.
