Can anyone here make gift boxes?

I have my batch 1 Squall coins being released, I would like 10 gift boxes made to hold three coins (gold silver copper) as a gift for various people who have helped me.

I am thinking a box/sleeve idea, but open to suggestions.

Here are the coins, I can provide exact dimensions to someone who can quote me a good price.

I would be happy around $5per unit... (might spend $100 if I got a batch of 20 or some deal)

I do not use fee-bay, I know could get a deal there, but I would prefer to utilize some of this forums talent.
