Ok it looked legit to me, 'cos the reason stated on the Telegram channel seem genuine. Moreover tthere's no suspicious or doubtful request on the form. I'm quite experienced in matters of Token Airdrops.
That said, however, I'll dig deeper into it. And if I find it to be untrue I'll be the first to let everyone know. But in the meantime, go apply for it. It doesn't cost you anything.
The form only ask for Email, Wallet and Referer. Nothing more. If you later find it to be untrue, you simply click the 'Leave Group' button on Telegram.

yep!i thinks it's scam too,i checked DGB's facebook,twitter,and reddit and there's nothing related to this airdrop on DGB official account!

It took some time to get a reply from one of Digibyte's officials. But I got confirmation too now.

ITS NOT TRUE!!! No Airdrop of any kind is going on.
