May 12, 2014 was the CLAM fork; August 1st, 2017 was the BCash fork, and November 24th, 2017 was the Bitcoin Diamond fork.

Or does this rule

also apply to cases where the users have claimed their forked coins?

This is stupid. He will offer you $10 for your address if it CURRENTLY holds Clams or Bitcoin Cash or another forked coin. So he'll give you $10 and collect the coins tens, hundreds, or even thousands of dollars that you have in there even if you can't see they are in there.

This is not a scam. Depending on how much you have in CLAM, Bcash, and BCD, I will offer you 90% of that in BTC.

Where did you come up with $10? Nowhere on my post does it say I will give $10 per address. The terms are very simple... depending on how much CLAMS, BCH, and BCD can be recovered from your address, I will offer you 90% of that amount in BTC. No need to exchange it or go through the hassle of digging it up.

Please don't make accusatory claims when you have no idea what you're talking about
