How to be selected create ANN / Bounty thread?

I read through the ANN thread / bounty and found that many JR Member members can post ANN thread / Bounty. So I do not understand how to do post ANN / Bounty? What are the requirements for these topics? Thank you!

Everyone can post ANN and bounty threads. Just Newbies can't post images, unless they have Copper Membership. You need images in order to make eye-catching ANN. There are no certain requirements for these topics, it only shouldn't break any of forum rules. But if you want to make nice and professional ANN and you don't know how to do that, you can hire designer and he will create layout of your ANN post. Bounty threads aren't neccessary need to have images, you can write it in plain text. But it would be better to hire bounty manager who knows what and how exactly he needs to do.

OP wants money, because a man has got to eat right? OP, copy-paste a random ICO announcement, whitepaper and their bounty thread. replace the names with a random name. doing this with more ICOs would increase your chance. getting no merits for your accounts? do this instead.

Yeah, anyone can post an announcement thread. If you have a project to announce just go for it. Try looking at some other good announcement threads though to get ideas, maybe hire a designer as well.
