I sent close to 2k to bitinstant for btc-e. They ran out of funds so all of my orders were execution failed. I contacted support yesterday multiple times, was told a business day. Its now been 24hrs, everyone else that I asked was receiving their orders fine. This is just unacceptable. The support barely responds, and now I have to wait because of their mistakes? Who can I contact to speed things up.

Most of our staff is on flights back home, we were doing a show this weekend in China.
