Status of the Venezuelan PETRO ICO

I am interested to know what is the status of the Petro ICO.

Until now I have just this NEM account http://explorer.ournem.com/#/s_account?account=NCGBBZKOTERO3EXMPPCNDNDXZQQJXBEMWWO7MB66 with some transactions.

I see the account owns the PETRO mosaics and namespaces. It means that all ICO transactions are going to be done to that address?

Is there any way to know how many tokens have they sold through the NEM Blockchain explorer or something?
