Sia coin wallet

Hi guy i have a problem with my sia wallet version 1.3.2
if i open the wallet , it says synchronized block heigt 139 885
but the current block heigt is 150 000 the block heigt so my block heigt is not up to date.

How can i up to date my block heigt. help please !
