Hi

I just replaced my cpu watercooler with a new one and the new cooler doesn't cool adequately.

On idle the cpu temps are near critical.
The pump seems slow - makes enterprise' engine room like slow hum - and the out pipe is considerably warmer than it used to be on the old cooler.

Is it a bad pump?

No mater which pin i put the pump on, even on pwm and 4-pin molex/psu the pump runs slow.

setup:
mobo: gigabyte ga-990xa-ud3
cpu: amd fx-8350
new cooler: enermax liqmax ii 120s
old cooler: Corsair H55
gpu: gtx 650
psu: 600 W
