There are many ways to mine new coins and verify the blocks that are created in a blockchain, the original Bitcoin "proof of work" is the one I like the least, because of its enormous energy expenditure. also for a small blockchain has the disadvantage of being vulnerable to attacks of 51%.
Of all the others that are appearing, (POS, DPOS, POC, POL, etc) I see that each one has some advantages and disadvantages.

What do you think would be the best for a new blockchain, that would be ecological, safe and simple to implement?
