Is there any platform Automatically place a trailing stop-loss when the trade is executed,Place Conditional Orders
Place both a buy and sell order at the same time and then have the one that get's filled kill the other order.

What you are looking for can be made (I think) by a bot but I can't suggest you any, because I've never used them.
Search the GitHub to find if any of the existing have the capabilities you are mentioning, and if you find any, inform us too.
