Hi, Xchanga scammed me I made a post earlier if anyone has heard of xchanga and their reputation (

I thought to give them a try so I did.
I first bought 1BTC from them which was around 525USD at the time I made payments using WU and then I waited several hours for them to get back to me and they said that their agent had picked up the money but he has to wait to sign the documents I replied asking how long this will take? Which then they said a couple of hours because I wrote the receiver name incorrectly which I do admit I did I put down HOANG instead of H OANG and the last name THAISON instead of THAI SON. I waited and 2 hours later I emailed them if he received payments but I didn't get an answer so I went to bed (I should have stopped buying here, all the signs that it was a scam were evident but I didn't want to loose my 525USD) and the next day there was an email saying that the agent waited 6 hours to provide evidence so he could pickup the money and after that the prices of BTC had increased to around 650USD. I replied I have already made payments for 1BTC at $550USD and that is what we agreed to If I don't receive my BTC I would like a refund not make another payment to cover the increase price.
I filled in the refund form and waited 3 days but then they said that their paypal account has been halted due to their clients doing charge backs on them. Some BS.
I should have stopped but they said if you pay us the price difference we will send your BTC the price difference wasn't too much at the time so I gave in and accepted it. I knew that these people couldn't be trusted but I talked to the live operator and they said that they will send me the 1BTC I didn't want to accept that my money had been robbed from me I was very ignorant at the time and didn't have much knowledge or experience of being scammed. So continued to trust them hoping i would get my BTC.
After I paid the difference I received an email saying that the agent has picked up the money and he will process it but they said if you purchase another BTC you will receive 60USD discount and you will receive your 2BTC instantly. For some reason I decided to pay I knew after this stage I was never going to get my money back but I am have to trusting which they clearly too advantage of after that I received another email saying that we can't send you your 2BTC because we have had an influx of customers and we only have 2.6 BTC left and we can't have .6BTC in our account. After that I knew I kissed my money good by. I said you should have put my money in reserve so that you don't have an odd number they kept making excuses then I replied saying send me 1.6BTC so that you have 1BTC in your account. They said that we are only allowed to send one BTC payment we can't split. So I made payments. And now I have no communication from them at all and they are ignoring me from live chat.
