I have many confusions regards Bitcointalk New Rules. The main thing i am very tensed about that, What is fMerit? Is fMerit bad for account?
If it bad then how can i reduce this fMerit?

true but it at the same time makes it harder for people to rank up which is good as it limits the number of spam accounts being created

Fmerits are good to start joking. It's gone today.
However, I have a feelings that Theymos, admin of the forum wanted to collect the forum users' responses, expectations for next ajustments of the forum rules, especially in forum ranking requirements.
Hope that stricter rules will be released to stop spammers ranking up to higher positions.

First i suggest let some search about the update that have now on have  fMerit to my idea what happen all about is this
Fmerit its just An obvious extension on top of Merit, sMerit, and source merit. It is calculated using this simple formula we'll should better to know a lot about Fmerit is all about this link I've already read.
