If I install different clients on same Windows computer will they conflict?

if i install all the 4 major clients on one same windows 7 computer and run them, will they conflict with each other in some ways?

if not, can i send and receive bitcoins among them as if they are totally separate addresses on the blockchain?

The 4 should not, with one exception. Armory will actually use the existing bitcoin-qt or bitcoind installation to handle its transactions.

With that said, if they have separate addresses it won't be a problem.
