You're trying to create a raw transaction or move your coins from armory?

IMO, you should not try to use raw transactions unless you are absolutely sure of what you're doing and how those are working. You can easily losing all your coins by mistake.
Why don't you try instead to export your private keys and import them in an other place instead, like Bitcoin Core or Electrum ?
