I am planning to trade in Cryptos exchange and I really needed your ideas/opinions guys.

1.How long does it take for a registration/verification process?
2.How is the flow about its transaction process?
3.Can we easily see or search for the coins/ token we wanted to trade?
Lastly,
4. Withdrawal process- how long does it take?
