If you are a Japanese resident, can you get withdrawals from Mt.Gox in USD?  Or only in JPY?  Does anyone know?

I have heard a rumor that if you're in mainland Japan they will cash you out in person from their offices - or too mainland Japanese banks.

This is just an IRCRumor, I don't know anyone whom has done it...
