Blockchain App - no data -Iphone

hello,

I am facing a problem with blockchain's app on my iphone: it does not sync it with my online wallet.. :/

once i scanned correctly my account's QR code, the account section on the app is filled with my account details but the other sections shows "no data: there may have been an error..."

Its kinda frustrating not been able to use bitcoins with my phone whilst it is one of the main features.

 If anyone could help me with this that would be very kind.

i have a really important question.

I have a wallet at blockchaininfo. but icannot login with my alias its says insecure alias.
I lost my wallet id and registration email.

Al i know is my alias en password.

How can i login. with only my alias and password.
