Support team members in ICOs

Do you mean an ICO's team (dev and marketing) or  Bounty team (people who communicate both  investors and  bounty participants with)?

If you mean community support then I recommended Amazix team. Exists another one team for community support but I afraid whats it's called Flixxo maybe.

Do you mean an ICO's team (dev and marketing) or  Bounty team (people who communicate both  investors and  bounty participants with)?

I mean the support team members who answer your questions in the chat on Telegram, for example. But best/worst bounty manager you've talked with would be fine as well

I did not manage to hit people who impressed me, there were moments when I did not charge a bet and I wrote to the moderators and they ignored me.

If you talk of a support team that is response on media, such as, telegram, i have seen like two that i am pleased with their response level and they are Medichain and Farmatrust. It is just FarmaTrust ICO has just ended, but MediChain is still on. The worse i have ever met is Envion. Their response level is not encouraging. The ICO for Envion ended some few months back.

I had a bad experience on these, i was asking on the telegram channel about when their ICO starts and then and admin of the channel suddenly kick me out and i got banned good thing i didn't pursue on joining their bounty campaign since they are too rude 
I suggest for those people experience this one like me don't promote or invest with that kind of members/team.

Oh, rather bad experience I would share. A lot of people are facing ignorance from support team - terrible. Thanks for sharing!

You are very right, The team is in some of the many ico telegram groups they manage and the team is very responsive in answering all the questions.
