Is SSD SATA2 (450MB/s) or SATA3 (550MB/s) compliant?

1) I added the SSD my self (the drive is SATA 3) - This does not break the warranty... just the SSD is not covered.
2) The RAM is 2 x 4 GB sticks
3) Diagonal is 15" 3/4
