Hi, I bought a couple of bit coins from britcoin during the bubble a couple of years ago. I'm fairly certain I foolishly left them in my account onsite, I would have moved them on but the bubble burst and I forgot about them.

I recently remembered I had them there, but now britcoin's become intersango so I can't access them. Apparently once you've registered you can migrate your old britcoin account but registration to the site is currently closed. The online contact form just gives me a "500 Internal Server Error" so no luck there. I sent an email to support@intersango.com and got a very prompt (possibly automated) reply telling me to use the online contact form, I responded telling them the form is broken and have yet to hear anything back. This was only about half 2/3 o'clock today, so I'm not really complaining about that. I may well get a response tomorrow.

But the whole site just kinda gives me the impression of a project which has been abandoned if you get me. I've had a look around the site and found mixed opinions on the guys running the place but nothing seems that recent.

So I'm just wondering if anyone knows if the site is still active and if I have any real chance of getting these coins back? Or is this something I should just chalk up to experience and be more careful where I keep my coins in future?
