To answer your questions systematically I've labeled them.

1. We are aware of our competition. Betting is a large and growing market, therefore it's interesting for new blockchain-based projects. However to this date there is no project providing a manipulation free environment for bettors and focusing on bringing back the entertainment to betting.

2. Some of the features and benefits that differentiate us from our competition:

• The use of Oracles for result validation - providing true decentralization (you can read more in our blog about Oracles
• Our open-source core framework - enables third-parties to create apps that run on the Bethereum framework, which supports a growing ecosystem
• Token burning - Provides token price stability (as the supply of tokens decreases)
• A working demo prototype - Available for iOS
• Gamification - Betting used to be fun. Why couldn’t betting be entertaining again, more about fun and excitement? Through various achievments/addition of local events we want to bring the social aspect back to betting.
• Transparency and ease-of-use - We want to be leaders in transparency and efficiency. Therefore our developers are periodically contributing to the crypto community on GitHub, check-out our transparent bounty solution and the positive feedback it got from the community!

To this date you can create Public and Private bets by selecting the current sport events via the iOS app:

• Public bets: Anyone in the world can join the bet you created.
• Private bets: Your friends can join the bet you created.

In the following months we'll be adding support for the creation of local events, such as minor league football matches, aswell as Android support!

There are many companies registered in the Chinachem Century Tower, Hong Kong's legislature is very appealing for Blockchain projects, so we decided to register our company there. We're currently operating from Slovakia, Europe.
