Hey All,

I just recently discovered masternodes and I like them much better than physically mining coins because it is easier to setup and (depending on the coin) much cheaper initial investment also dealing with the heat in my house was a PITA.

So I was wondering if anyone knows of good credible masternode coins and also if we could start a discussion on how to identify possible masternode scams (My first assumption is any coin offering a very quick ROI and high payment may be the first possible sign of a scam) what other things should people should look out for when wanting to setup a masternode? I feel like this can be helpful to the community and possibly stop a few people from getting scammed.

So, usually how long is ROI average?
and what percentage of profit in a month, if the coin is not a scam?

to avoid something that is not desirable I usually look for coins that have a good reputation. In the last few months, I have invested in the ZCOin master node and the benefits also quite promising and I hear Q3 they will launch the new consensus algorithm

The main key to success is in the value of assets that are getting more valuable. Recommended Crypto Trading platform Binance.com

First of all, cryptocurrency business is actually a mysterious business, and probably all transactions are made by online without looking personally by whose the person who had been made transactions from you. About masternode coin it is sound like a new business line connected to cryptocurrency, and as what you say, it has a quick and a good offer, in this business all new businesses that newly created, it has a form of good offers to attract more customers to adopt, and when you enter on that business and soon that business will happens of some failures, and they decide to stop their operations without proper informations to their customers who accessed it, that's the time you noticed that it is a scammed business. Like for example before, cryptocurrency is sounds like a scam, but until now they provide of what they promise to their customers, so meaning cryptocurrency is not a scam for now, but when cryptocurrency disappear without proper information, we can say that there's is a scam happens, and cryptocurrency made a scam at the end.

Thanks, yea I know those have a pretty good reputation. But I'm not willing to risk 30k to run a masternode right now. I ran my first masternode with galactrum and socialsend right now IDK if they will be scams or what not but they are small investments for a masternode and in 1 year I will be making profit (if the coin stays at the same price) or much sooner if the price raises Smiley

Take a look at Phore.  Relatively inexpensive for a node at the moment.  They just integrated Segwit on their test net and are the first masternodes POS coin to do so.
