Yes they are all good but of course you must only pick one brave in every signature campaign you only need to join once and there will be no multiple account. There are many factors that help one to choose good crypto projects some of them include; professional team, governance structure, utility of project, target audience etc. Therefore you have to carry out due diligent search before buying any token. The tokens you choosed "Cardstack, Shivom, Unibright, XYO Network ,BitGuild" are not in my priority list so i wouldn't know if they are good or not except i carry out due diligent search on them.
