While there are exchanges, what India could really use is a transaction site similar to coinbase but better. I don't trust coinbase because thanks to it, 0.12 btc of mine is missing.

A service where users can buy (say 200 INR minimum) or store bitcoins would be nice and the option for businesses to sell goods or services via that site as a payment processor.

My programming skills hasn't reached the level where I can successfully create an app with a database or I'd try to start something like that.

Bitpay maybe ok as a processor but I haven't been to a site that uses them. I've been to a site that uses coinbase but they lost track of the btc I sent them.
