Its not in ICO but its currently trading at below ICO price : Dragon coin or DRG. Its one of the most promising ideas I've seen and has received $300m in funding from groups in its target market. I believe its going to be big and they are starting business very soon.

For me that should be Nex. The low cap, earning about 50 - 75% of their exchange fee, the hype etc will make it one of the biggest ico 2018
