Is H1B visa  under Trump's era - good or bad ? Will the new rules help genuine employees and employers in a good way or bad way > Thoughts?

You might have seen, under Trump's regime, H1B visa applications fell drastically.
Companies are not interested to apply for H1B visa.
So the new rules are not only bad for Indians, but also for companies.
