Have used Virwox and NOOOOOOO......Too high of rates

Used localbitcoins, was good but not on Sat night or Sundays in general, banks arent open

Can anyone help me with any other way of acquiring BTC?

It would depend on which payment method you are going to be paying with.
This forum is not a bad place to exchange BTC and fiat money, with things such as bank transfers, which i guess wouldn't help for weekends either.

Paypal is highly frowned upon, but some bitcoin sellers are still aceepting it.

I have literally been through all of those sites from A to Z and 95% of them wont accept from USA.  There are btcquick and others that charge a high fee n it sucks

Try using this forum and look for high trusted member, as long as you are not using Paypal you should find some guy willing to trade...

I like coinbase, it is pretty easy to sign up for and use and I bought some BTC today, so it will work weekends for you, although that is only for placing an order, it will only work to complete the order through weekdays.  But the price you pay is determined when you place the order not when it is completed so it's pretty convenient.

Coinbase has been leaving me with high risk declines
