What are your opinions on social credit?

As it is being tested in China, a system which measures the value of people based on their online activities and their 'social behaviours', what are your opinions?
How sustainable would the system be?

Many articles mentioned Nosedive (Black Mirror), and I wonder if it would be a good way to induce good social behaviour?
