I have been trying to send some BCH from my ledger nano S wallet. I am getting an error message. Dose anyone recognize this message? I have no idea what this means or what to do about it.

I have herd good things about electron wallet but that is the bitcoin wallet. There is another bch wallet I can sync with the ledger its called electron cash 3.1 some people have claimed its a scam. Has anyone used it I have herd it is a scam but I'm not sure.
