The only training a newbie has to learn is how to buy and sell but before the newbie starts buying and selling he should has to to learn how to do good research so as not to fail inside bit. Some projects are out there to steal so it's so good to investigate before buying any project and when trading the newbies has to take greed away. Sell when you have little profit .
The trained newbies wouldn't understand the real market risks without losing at least $1000 in the crypto market. Before joining the real-world competition, learning the basic things in trading will be the reason why they survive in the bear market.

Sorry to say but there is no new methods to earn in crypto space yet, it's all same old ways like Airdrops and Bounties but saying it's not possible to earn from bounties is discouraging, in 2018 and 2019 many bounty hunters still manages to make good money

Demo trading allows you to learn. This has been around for a long time, it's very easy you just need an email to register a demo trading account. However there is a problem, when you trade demo you will not have real emotion like when you trade real money, so even that you win in demo, you still lose in real trading. The only way to solve this is you should start with real trading account and put some tiny money in it, start trading and learning.

I think you are right, the main reason why so many people lament about loss and rekt in crypto trading is perhaps because they push to make profit at an instance.
Instead of learning and easing theirselves slowly.

So i urge us all, to trade, practice trade strategies that will like and be better as time goes.

it allows everyone to learn but we must remember if the demo account is not even showing what was the real condition in the market. It's better just try to spend a few dollars to be a practice  funds to make people can adapt with the situation in the crypto market. That will bring a lot of lesson than demo account.

Possibly there are ways that newbies canpractice cryptocurrency trading, but they are not going to be getting any money by using demo accounts. It’s just like in options trading; sites like IqOption allows users to switch from real account to demo account, the demo account has fake 1,000 USD in it that they can use for practicing trading but they wouldn’t make any real profit till they switch back to real account and invest real money.

For newbies that are interested cryptocurrency trading, I don’t think there is any other way that they can do this, because practicing a demo account would be like a waste of time if they are in need of money.
