ICO Standard Price means BIIIG spec for early investors

All these ICOs have 1 price and when every boy is buying it (high demand) the price AND supply stay same. Why are they losing out on so much money??

IPOs for stocks have floating price, when everybody is buying the price gets higher.

as i know, the rule of supply and demands is applied in any investments assets,,
stocks, forex or cryptocurrency
so, when there is a lot of demands,
wich means a lot of traders buying, the price will growing,
as we can see in now, bitcoin price is growing, because a lot of people start buy bitcoin in this Q2 of 2018
