Of course I didn't get an email from btct.co until this morning, asking for me to send the withdrawal address so they could send my remaining balance back to me before the shutdown. Inexplicably, the email was sent from noreply@btct.co and wouldn't you know it, the address is undeliverable.

The forum post here ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=125629.2740 ) says I can PM user "burnside" and he might be able to help, but of course my bitcoin talk account is either too new or is locked from sending PMs. How do I contact this person?

Can I just wait four hours after this post goes live and I get PM privileges? Please forgive this newbie's ignorance.

Thank you

You should be able to use the PM system by now, it only requires a single post.

You can email ceo@btct.co. A second email is being sent that contains this information as well.

Thank you for the quick responses! I just got the second email now.

What a relief - I'm thankful I only put in what I was willing to lose, but I'd be less upset if I lost legitimately on the market instead of having my coins poof when the site dies!
