Hi all,

Back story:
I had a 5 card rig, 2x 6700xt, x2 3060, 1x 5700xt. all running great on Hive os LOLminer.
today i installed a new 5700xt to bring my rig to a total of 2x5700xt cards but the new one would not start mining whereas all the others would, i assumed it would be a driver issue so i went through the process of updating the drivers through hive OS. i got through to the point where it asked me if i wanted to remove current drivers, where i said YES to this command, it ran for a good 30 minutes or so and crashed around 95% complete.
Hive OS would not function after this so I reinstalled the operating system to my rig USB and got it working again however Lolminer does not recognize the 2x 6700xt cards and will not start mining with them. i have got the system to work with a different miner software (phoenixminer) but this miner does not support the 3060 3/4 has rate unlock so i want to use Lolminer

TLDR:
Lolminer does not recognize my 6700xt cards after I have updated driver software. How can i factory reset the cards so the miner will work?

How about testing the 6700XT GPUs only in your motherboard? If that works then maybe your OS doesn't support more GPU or it's just your motherboard, will be easier to find where the problem is coming from if you have a spare MoBO around, anyways your first mission is to make sure the 6700s are working, do that first and drop feedback

Update for anyone that has this issue in the future:

After running the rig for around a day on phoenix miner, i decided to try Lolminer again. Magically the issue has vanished and the cards are now mining at full speed, Go figure... maybe the cards have some sort of self repair or lolminer can repair them? I'm fairly confident that i don't have any auto updates enabled.

If no updates happened in the background when I would be worried if I were you because problems don't just vanish into thing air, be expecting the issue to make a comeback, to me that problem sounds like a partial contact with the pcie slot and risers or even power supply degrading
