Where did you download it from?
Can you take a screenshot of your wallet history tab and post it here?

The transaction has been confirmed almost 2490. Did you check carefully if you sent the bitcoin to the correct receiving address?
Since you receive the test 0.001 it seems there is a problem about the transaction.

Tried to broadcast and got this:
txid: 867cc7bceed11f1d6dd0800b159a010638eb45bc95592b08aabc5a455b001d17

Sent the next test transfer for 0.001 BTC and it was arrived.
blockchain.com support not answering.

You are doing custom transactions, this feature is for advanced users only and beginners should be very cautious using it because it can lead to lost funds.
So you got clear error response message, your transaction was already broadcasted so you (or blockchain.com) made an error. Where exactly is this error? We need more data explaining whole process to know.

If this is your bitcoin address in your electrum you must receive it as the same as you receive the 0.001BTC.

If you have backup seeds and private keys including this address you can uninstall the electrum and reinstall it again with latest version of electrum(make sure that you download electrum from correct URL http://electrum.org/)

Then import your wallet through seed or private keys and let the Electrum sync. This time it should fix the issue and the transaction must be show in your Electrum history tab.
