Heading to Israel in the Spring

I'll be in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv for 1-2 weeks in early May.

I was wondering:

a. can i get a simcard somewhere for my unlocked GSM phone paying w/ btcns?
b. any good places that y'all would recommend using btcns?
c. are their bitcoin meetups in either tel aviv and/or jerusalem? (or Eilat)
d. any other things i should be thinking about?

b. There are several, most notable are a few restaurants in Tel Aviv.
c. We're having biweekly meetups in Tel Aviv, in Jerusalem they're a bit rarer but we may work something out.
