I'm interested in developing an alt-coin similar to the tradecoin mentioned here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=242857.0
This is because I would like to make it redeemable to a certain asset, and thus have inherent value. (explained further below)

I want it to be based of litecoin except these main differences

1) Set initial/total coin amount
2) Initial amount=Total amount (i.e. fully mined)
3) One owner of initial amount
4) Mining fees are higher and proportional to transaction fees (in order to compensate for no new coins mined)
5) Extremely small percent of fees go to set account/identified account (limited to a max)

The main differences I want from tradecoin are

1) Different Network / Blockchain
2) Much lower coin amount
3) Extremely small percent of fees go to set account/identified account

I'd like any assistance identifying the source files/sections of code I'd need to alter. Or any links that help with alt-coin dev.

The reason I want to be able to develop such a coin is that I would like to have a currency that could be tied to/redeemable for an asset, and thus have an inherent value. It would perhaps also be less volatile then other alt-coins as a result.

Heres an example to explain and illustrate the reason for the differences.

1) I use $10,000 of my personal money to purchase Gold
2) I offer 1,000,000 coins for purchase each representing $0.01 of Gold.
3) Every 90 days from the date of origin I offer to repurchase the coin at $0.01+-the return of Gold (on said cent), therefore making the coins redeemable
4) The value of the coin should therefore be close to Gold, and increasingly close as the date of redeemption draws closer.
5) I am paid a extremely small percent of transactions up to a max value to cover development, maintenance, and trading/transaction costs.

Any help or comments would be greatly appreciated,
P.
