Welcome to read the 13th Weekly Publication of CCHN Project Progress (09/22-09/28). The engineers in CCHN R&D Centre will continuously endeavor to build the infrastructure of CelesOS. To ensure better experience in the future, details are being polished.

As the world's first DPoW public chain for financial institutions, Celes Chain adopts the consensus mechanism 3.0, embraces regulation from the design of underlying layer, and supports cross-chain communication and sidechain link authentication, providing services for financial institutions to develop financial blockchain applications.

Technical Progress

01
Bugs on CelesOS have been fixed.
1.   When testing the network of CelesOS, voters may fail to vote due to insufficient ram. This week, the above bug is fixed.

2.   It was found during the development process that the illegal burned wood may lead to an increase in the total number of votes. The bug of premature record timing of the total votes has been fixed.

3.   Adjust the storage mechanism of difficulty coefficient on CelesOS. The specific adjustment method is to adjust data in the head block to the DB.

The development of CelesOS regulatory contract permission is continued.

Last week's development of the CelesOS regulatory contract permission is continued, with the successful modification of system contract and the completed debugging verification of all functions.

The specific functions completed are as follows:

1. Add request for authorization of linkauth in the system.
2. Realize the implementation to jump into target regulatory contract with linkauth.
3. Add a method to verify the user's eligibility in the regulatory contract. If the user meets the conditions, the authorization is successful, otherwise the authorization fails.

The design of Moutai Code Auction System has been completed.
The design of the Maotai code auction system has been completed and is about to enter the development stage.

According to the product design of the Maotai Code Auction System, the system will involve users, exchanges, and auction houses.

Assessment Progress

Celes’ two new overseas assessment agencies this week are CryptoPotato and CryptoRank.

What is eye-catching is that the well-known overseas assessment agency Foxico increased the score of Celes again. This is already the third consecutive week that Foxico has raised its rating on Celes. The overseas assessment agencies continue to pay attention to Celes, and express their high recognition of Celes.

At present, Celes has been favored by 26 well-known assessment agencies at home and abroad. The American rating agency trackico scored 5 points for Celes and ICOLINK scored 4.98.

Celes has aroused enthusiastic response in overseas communities. The institutions that evaluate Celes are comprehensively evaluating Celes in a multi-dimensional and comprehensive manner according to scientific standards concerning project, team, technology, white paper, official website, social media, number and activity of telegraph groups, and CCHN information.

Celes is widely recognized by global assessment agencies for its technology, team, philosophy, application prospects and substantial progress.
UGC Progress

Celes’ overseas UGC contents have increased dramatically this week. In the Celes’ Global telegraph group, a large number of high-quality UGC contents emerged in just three days, mainly in the forms including pictures, videos/gif, text, and media communication, etc.

In just three days, Celes Global has attracted nearly 5,000 fans from Europe, Asia and Oceania to discuss about what Celes is, the prospects of Celes, and the application scenarios of Celes. Due to the large number of users and massive contents but limited space, this weekly report can only show a very small part.
