Same problem here. I made a BTC transfer on Oct 21st - I got an error message "could not connect to 2nd stage server", the BTC disappeared from my weechange.co wallet, but did not appear in my BTC wallet. Status still is 'processeing' I tried to call weechange and sent emails to their support address, but did not even get a confirmation that they are looking into this matters...
If anyone from weexchange is reading this - I'd really appreciate your feedback. I opened a ticket on Oct 21st (YZE-376632)
