Hi,
Just wanted to see if there is a niche for my skills in the Bitcoin economy. I am a native Russian speaker with an English law degree and 8 years experience in drafting and negotiating OTC trading contracts and general bilateral contracts in relation to financial transactions, commodities, IT services, exchanges, brokers, network operators etc.
Generally, I am more comfortable with drafting and negotiating English contracts as the primary source and these can later be translated into Russian, if required (if you deal with Russian companies, you will know that they require translations of foreign contracts for tax purposes).
If you need a contract done as per above, pm me and we can discuss my rates. I am also interested in creating standard master agreements for trading, hedging, collateral etc for the Bitcoin community if there is ever a need for those.
