How do I unlock a BTT account?

In general, I bought an account (for particularly sensitive it does not prohibit the rules of the forum), changed the soap and the password the next day I was blocked and it says that in security and type write to this mail, etc. But they say they do not answer there and do not read your letters at all. Is there any way to unlock it? Can there be a personal mail of the administrator or someone else?

You got scammed. You're not going to be able to unlock it, without a signed message from a staked address, which you wouldn't have the private key to as it was bought and the scammer locked your account.

Even more established and trustworthy accounts (read: not bought) are taking a long time to get recovered, with a signed message.
