Why there are so many new coins created everyday while the market is dumping?
Why many people still spends their money for rubbish coins ( > 80% coins in the market is rubbish- scam, spam, no value...)
I only invest in top30 coin in the market and some (a little small coins, such as NANO, CMT...)

Both your questions can have the same answer: GREED  Devs (or people paying devs to create tokens/coins) most of the times hope to make some money out of them.
