Hello fellow newbies,

I am opening a new thread as being a newbie I cannot post on BTC-E's original thread. I read many people there are having similar problems.

A couple of weeks ago I transferred a substantial amount of money to BTC-E. I did a bank-wire.
BTC-E's website said it takes 3 to 7 days to be credited into the account, well, it has been much longer than that.

After many days and threads asking what is happening, if there is an issue, something I can do, or if I can send them any documents in order for the amount to be credited in my account I have had 0 answers from support.
Ok, not 0 answers, I am lying, they actually deleted 3 or 4 of my tickets. I sent another message asking them to at least let me know how long it is going to take and why are they deleting the tickets? They answered saying tickets have all been made into 1 but never answered the money part. How appropriate.

I don't know what to do. Their support is laughable to say the least, borderline to being negligent.

I was thinking in calling the bank tomorrow (Monday) to ask for a chargeback.

I regret having send any kind of fiat money to BTC-E. I would pay a fee to make sure they don't get my money and charge me their 1% "fee" for holding my money for 2 or 3 weeks. I feel scammed.
