best checkout cart for bitcoin websites?

Hi im new to posting in the site but I have been reading for a long time . Anyway I have recently started up my first website business and would like  to use bitcoin as my payment system. I would like to stay anonymous and give my clients the same option. I would also hope that it can keep up with the exchange for me. If anyone can point me in the right direction that would be great thanks alot.
