I'm a fresh and a new on cryptocurrency job, but I don't ever heard any ICO who rewards directly with the use of bitcoin and ethereum, and regularly they used tokens for the rewards, and until now there's no such implementation of using ethereum and bitcoin as a direct reward. But my friend says, that only on other signature campaign that has already used of bitcoin for weekly rewards payment. But in ICO system there's is no direct payment of bitcoin.
